
Philip Meyer is a computer artist and educator based in Los Angeles.
Philip has produced and performed music as VAX/VMS, Protean, and Phi. He releases music and audiovisual work on his label Intermodal.
Philip uses the multimedia programming software Max/MSP and helps to coordinate Max/MSP community events in Los Angeles. He is a Max Certified Trainer who teaches Max through community events, one-on-one instruction, and a video series.
Philip’s current focus in Max is modular, signal-based sequencing systems. His research includes more than 20 video tutorials and a forthcoming package of Max objects.
